the beach was a bit crowded. but we loved the cocktails by the pool. especially the rum punch. the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. and the nightly music added a romantic touch.

Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and freshness. Additionally, our departure was stressful due to a mix-up with our checkout, resulting in a delay in receiving our luggage. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff overlooked some of our special requests, which left us feeling neglected and disappointed during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the Honeymoon Hideaway One Bedroom Butler Suite Private Pool, where the plush mattress and lovely evening turndown service made for restful nights. Dining was a highlight, with terrific options like the romantic Armando's for breakfast and the exceptional La Toc for dinner, offering delectable lamb shank that truly impressed us. Our butlers, Skylar and Trisha, added a special touch to our getaway with thoughtful surprises, like pizza on the beach. However, one area for improvement could be an expansion of entertainment options at night as we found some nights a bit quiet.

Dining experiences varied. the buttery croissants were a delightful breakfast treat, and despite some average meal quality, the hibachi restaurant was a notable highlight. While the nighttime entertainment felt limited, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness made up for it. However, minor issues with organization in service could be improved.

During our 5-night stay in the Emerald Honeymoon Oceanview room, we were treated to an exceptional dining journey, particularly at the romantic Armando's, where the ambiance was perfect for couples. Each meal was beautifully prepared, and breakfast under the pavilion offered a delightful variety of options, including freshly baked croissants. Not to mention, the attentiveness of the staff, from Priscilla at the morning buffet to the cheerful Keisun who kept us entertained, truly enhanced our experience. However, there could be improvements in the mix-up at check-out that caused some stress during our departure.

We enjoyed a candlelit dinner on the beach that was out of this world! The food was prepared by specialist chefs, and our server really went above and beyond to make that night special.
